To apply simply pull the transfer tape carefully away from the backing paper, the vinyl should lift with the transfer tape, place carefully onto your object and smooth over with your fingers or a credit card before carefully removing the transfer tape. If you have any issues with the wording not sticking use a credit card to re smooth the label and try again.
