Product description

A compact breakout board based around the DS3234 real time clock IC. The DS3234 is an extremely accurate, SPI bus real-time clock with an integrated temperature-compensated crystal oscillator and crystal.
Operates in either 24 hour or 12 hour format with AM/PM indicator with ±2ppm accuracy
The RTC maintains seconds, minutes, hours, day, month and year information
Date automatically adjusts for leap years and months with less than 31 days
Two programmable alarms and a square-wave output are available
Accurate calendar up to the year 2100
Low power consumption
On the underside of the board is a 12mm coin cell battery holder for battery backup (no battery included)
