Bird poo is acidic and should be removed from paint immediately. It can stain paint easily when left for too long or exposed to the sun.

Why do I need to remove bugs and bird poop from my car?

Contaminants such as squashed insects and bird lime are acidic and can damage the clear coat of your paint. To prevent this, contaminants must be removed as soon as possible even if a full car wash isn't possible. We'd recommend always carrying a bottle of Bugg Off! in the boot of your car.

Why can't I just wipe it off?

Often contaminants fuse with the paint and become very hard to remove. Vigorously rubbing will damage and scratch the paint. Instead, Bugg Off! dissolves the organic matter, making it much easier and safer to remove.
