Surface Preparation:

Remove existing mould using a fungicidal cleaner Clean and dry the surface completely Remove any loose paint, grease, or oil stains Fill in cracks with an appropriate filler Can be applied over existing paint, wallpaper, plaster, brick, concrete, or plastic

Mixing Instructions:

Gently stir before use to ensure an even distribution of glass beads DO NOT use a mechanical stirrer—it may damage the insulating beads

Application:

Apply with a brush or roller for best results Allow 2-4 hours between coats A minimum of 2 coats is required for maximum thermal insulation

For metal surfaces (corrugated or flat metal ceilings): Prime first with Red Oxide Paint before applying THERMOCOAT ThermoShield to ensure strong adhesion.
