Thought I'd order online due to the deals and a birthday coming up. Unfortunately arrived damaged, so can't happen. It arrived damaged, open, along with packaging for products damaged. As a customer when I spend my money, I expect the full experience, I wouldn't buy this from a shop like this.

Like others unhappy with the way item was sent had sellotape with hair stuck to it 🤢 outer box was huge and seemed opened. The items inside seemed OK but the serum is turning me orange for some reason (not the glow one the normal night and day serums ) stained my hand also. Cancelled other orders

Received very slowly, on opening the package the juice box wasn’t sealed and two items were missing, Customer services initially said they weren’t meant to be included but then said that was a mistake and sent the missing items quickly.

Really bad packaging. I can see from other review this is a common problem. Items damage completely soaked. Garnier need to pack their items better to avoid this.

Was meant to receive a free gift of a make up bag as purchased off the live which I’ve not received.
The item itself is literally cellotaped up at the top so was intending to give this as a gift but can’t now. Tried to contact TikTok shop regarding this but having issues

Bought as gift set but all goods were just in cardboard box. Only part of gift packaging included was the plastic “nozzle” of the carton. So obviously had existed at some point.

Everything in package and not damaged but as a few others have said it is sellotaped closed. The sellotape is pretty dirty and it was meant to be a gift so I’ve had to take the sellotape off, check the box and then tape it back up with clean tape. Not the end of the world but it doesn’t look great.
