This set of mixed Amber cabochons contains five cabochon stones, Amber is the fossilized resin from long extinct coniferous trees and has a beautiful golden honey colour.
Amber varies between 2 to 2.5 in hardness on the Mohs' scale. Please note that, due to the nature of the stone, there will be some inclusions and each stone will vary. It is not advised to place Amber in an ultrasonic or steam cleaner, chemical solution, mild cleaner or soap solution. Clean with an untreated cloth only.
Our Amber has undergone heat treatment. Please note, a slight tolerance of +/- 0.25mm should be expected with these stones.
