I have not received my refund yet. Tik tok sellers have no way of being contacted if you want to return an item. I have been resent my return from evri and they are asking me to to contact the retailer for another return label. It’s been agonising to contact retailers. Seems like a scam to avoid refunds. I am know sending the items back at my own cost and asking the retailer to cover the costs

Absolutely disappointed i waited for 2weeks or more for this dress and I contacted the seller she would message me back very very bad customer service and the dress is not even that nice nor the best quality!!
