How to use:

Step 1: Pour a packet of nasal wash

Step 2: Pour 300ml of warm water at 37°C, stir the nasal wash thoroughly until it dissolves completely

Step 3: Keep your mouth open and don't hold your breath. Turn the nasal wash bottle upside down and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press the button on the valve to start the flow of the solution. Release the button to stop the solution flow.

Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the other nostril.

1. Children under the age of 12 should use this product under the supervision of a doctor and their parents.

2. It is a personal care product and is not to be shared with others.

3. Do not use when both sides of the nose are completely blocked, or when you have otitis media or other ear diseases.
