How To Use:
Firstly, prime lids with the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion (sold separately) for crease-free colour that lasts all day. Apply the 24/7 Mono Moondust Eyeshadow using any eyeshadow brush or your fingertips for intense colour payoff. Can be used wet or dry.
