I wish I could no star this.
Was missing a packet of fried dried skittles, they are refusing to give me a refund or send me a replacement.
What a total liberty I know it’s only £1.50 but if they’re doing it to me I wonder how many other customers are getting fleeced.

How it works: EACH PRODUCT is freeze dried and has a number, This is the number of INVIDIDUAL SINGULAR PRODUCTS will go into your master bag. E.g If you choose to order 2 portions of skittles, and the number on the skittles number is 30, this means you will get 30 skittles added to your bag. Pick a minimum of 5 portions to fill up your bag. A bigger bag will be provided to meet the demands of your order size and product size. *We may need to use an 'oversized' bag to protect some of your items. We recommend all products are consumed from 1 year of dispatch.

If we cannot provide a portion due to stock issues we will try our best to contact you before, if not we will get another one of your choosen portions sent instead.
