•Delivered flat pack by a special delivery team

•Delivery not available in the following postcodes: KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Channel Islands
•Delivery occurs 6 days a week between 8am to 11pm
•No extra charge for deliveries up to the 1st floor without a lift in flats; ground floor only for house deliveries
•Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery
•Partially or fully installed items are non-refundable
Customer Notifications:
•Ensure the provided contact number is correct to avoid delivery delays
•Courier will call to schedule the delivery
•Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of ordering
•Notify us at least 2 days prior to the delivery date for any changes
Additional Delivery Information:
•Our delivery company does not charge extra for deliveries up to the 1st floor if there is no lift.
•For deliveries to the 2nd floor and above without a lift, a charge of £10 per floor applies.
•Goods are delivered 6 days per week between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
