Good quality stable doesn’t fall easy for but will slip if you don’t wear a Beene hat so I recommend wearing one it helped me

Very uncomfortable if you have a newer/ heavier phone. Doesn’t hold itself up well even with it tightly done up just digs into your chest and forehead.. not very practical for more than 2 mins of filming just hold the phone or get a go pro to film from instead.
