Shipping

Orders are delivered via the Royal Mail with first class (24 hours tracked) delivery. However, all our products are made to order and therefore take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched. Please bare this in mind when placing and expecting your order. We promise we are working very hard in Ted’s workshop to get your order to you!

For shipments outside of the UK any import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery can be completed, please track your package using the code provided to be informed of any import fees.

Returns

As we are a small business all our products are made to order just for you! This helps us reduce waste and our environmental impact. Therefore, we currently do not expect refunds or exchanges.
