Did exactly as described. 1 pod early morning empty stomach. 30 days. No other medication or supplements. I found zero difference. I did not experience any of the claims I would experience from taking this product. Bit disappointed

Haven't used yet as only came today ! Courier was hopeless as had message to say delivered and left by porch but not there . luckily a neighbour found it at thr wrong address the other side of my estate or seller would have been refunding me !
