I went to install the ceiling fan and the blades are to be to fit in the attachment So I'm unable to use product!

Fan blades massively to big for the lamp. Think I was sent a bogus lamp. Refund requested

Hi I received my light fan last night and we have tried to fit it together but the fan blades are way too big to be placed in the gap they are supposed to go please advise me if I’m doing something wrong please

Straight swap as I didn't have a wired hanging light before . So far so good but can see why people advise against using old fittings with the cord

It came with the wrong fitting so I can’t use it..the adapter needs to be bayonet fitting not screw in so careful what you order cos I can’t use mine now until I buy the correct adapter
