To ensure the best experience, it is important to keep the wick trimmed to 5mm to prevent mushrooming and soot. Additionally, it is recommended to place the candle on a fire safe coaster or tray to prevent wax drops from melting onto the surface.

It is also important to avoid burning the candle for more than 10 minutes at a time to prevent wax from splattering and ensure a longer burn time. To prevent direct sunlight from causing frosting to form on the candle, it is best to keep it out of the sun.

Please note that due to the candles being individually poured and handmade, orders will be dispatched within 7 days of receiving the order to ensure the highest possible quality and allow the candles time to set. All candles may have their own individual quirks such as tiny air bubbles, scuffs or minor frosting, an unpredictable property of pouring with eco soy wax blends. However, a candle will not be sent unless the seller feels the customer will be satisfied with the order.
