I have been on these 4 days but going to toilet bit more then usual as I struggle with not been able to normally so good so far will do a video soon thanks. One capsule 3 times a day.

Amazing packaging, I’ve only started taking them and can see minor changes but I’m sure when you take them for the 14 days like it says it will do what it’s meant to do. Overall great product recommend to those that have a bad stomach throughout the day.
