Yettis Kitchen Suya pepper (YAJI) is a mixed spice with strong peanut and peppery notes. It is most commonly used as a dry rub, leaving meat/fish/Vegetables juicy and tender, with mild heat and a nutty taste. Keep in a cool dry place. Ingredients: Roasted peanut powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, Grains of selim (uda), Calabash Nutmeg (Ehuru), Ginger, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Chilli Powder, all-purpose seasoning.
