Directions:

FACE: Apply 5 to 7 drops in the palm of your hands. Warm the product and spread it over the face, neck and neckline. Massage for 3 minutes with movements from the centre to the outside of the face. Morning and/or evening for combination to oily skin. BODY: As a daily treatment, apply a dab of oil per area (whole leg, arms, stomach + bust...) just after the shower, on slightly damp skin. Massage until completely absorbed. Insist on very dry areas (feet, hands, elbows). HAIR: Apply a drop of oil to the tips and lengths in the evening at bedtime. 2 to 4 times a week. Perform a nourishing oil bath by leaving the equivalent of 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil on overnight. Once a month. BEARD: Apply a few drops of oil using your fingertips to penetrate from the roots to the tips. Massage for a few minutes to ensure penetration. Once a day on a clean and brushed beard if needed.
