Directions:

COLD THERAPY
• Place the gel bead face mask in the freezer for 2-6 hours.
• Secure the mask on your face and adjust the strap closure for a custom fit.
HEAT THERAPY
• Microwave on a low power setting for 10-15 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
• Use for no longer than 20 mins at a time.
