The weights are perfect they go from 1 kg to 3 kg in pairs They’re absolutely fine for high rep toning I’ll probably need to get some 5 kg and 6 kg kilogram dumbbells, But these are still very handy and do exactly as says in the description And for the price point, you can’t complain.

The dumbbells were damped down stairs the driver refused to take them up stairs to the door despite being asked to take them up to the door, please pass the message on. These lazy unprofessional couriers should not be assigned such jobs they are ruining your reputation, you have a good product.
