How does the blend work?

How to use & age guidance
Pillow Mist – suitable from 2 years
Apply 2-3 sprays directly to your pillow and bed linen a few minutes before you settle down to Drift away for a better night's sleep.
Essential Oil – suitable from 2 years
Add a few drops to a warm bath before bed, or in a diffuser to fill the air with calming aromas proven to help you sleep better.
Pulse Point Balm – suitable from 3 months
Before bedtime, massage into your pulse points (wrists & temples).
Motion Activated Pillowcase – suitable from 3 months
Our pillowcases are treated with millions of microcapsules filled with Breaze Sleep Support Essential Oil. Put the pillowcase underneath your regular linen pillowcase. The motion sensitive microcapsules break as your head moves during the night, cleverly releasing the fragrance while you sleep. After 2 weeks the pillowcase will need replacing once all the fragrance has been released. Don’t worry - it's biodegradable and compostable.
