Shocking! Pre packed in advance not packed randomly as said on the live! Chance of duplicates-100% as every box is identical. Falsely advertised as a live packed mystery and a total waste of money. Plus I had 2 items missing from each lucky bag so I paid £28 for 2 tweezers,2 face masks and 2 hair br

Ordered 2 lucky bags on the live last Friday. They have just been delivered, I’ve opened them and both bags have identical products in them! A review below had also received 2 of the exact same bags as me as well, should state they are pre-packed and not random picks! Very disappointing!

Ordered on the live, told the two would it be exactly the same and would get a shampoo and conditioner, this is NOT what you get. So disappointed and not worth the money I have wasted on this!! Also asked for no more hair bobble, headbands or scrunchies as they send 100’s in every pack
