Orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day via next day fully
insured delivery. On rare occasions we also may be able to ship your order after
1PM. If the item is urgently required for next day & purchased after 1pm please
enquire before purchasing.
Smaller low value items will be sent via Royal Mail or EVRi, this can be
confirmed by checking the “postage and payments” tab included in the listing.
All services are fully tracked to avoid fraudulent activity or claims. If next
day delivery is required on lower value items an upgrade option will be
available during checkout.
If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, isle of man, Northern Ireland or
remote UK areas an additional surcharge will be applied during checkout. A
slightly slower service may also be used if next day is not available. Please
enquire before purchasing if this is an issue.
All our international postage is handled by eBay & their Global Shipping
Programme. We have no control over the import taxes or couriers, this is handled
by eBay.
This refurbished device comes with a 60-day hardware & parts warranty as
standard. This covers all mechanical & hardware failures which are not user
inflicted.
Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software or the
reloading of software problems that result, directly or indirectly, from
external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical
power. Servicing not authorized by Chaps IT Recycling LTD. Usage that is not in
accordance with product instructions. Failure to follow the product instructions
or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Chaps IT Recycling LTD.
Commercial hardware products that use, or in which have been installed, products
or components that have not been provided by Chaps IT Recycling LTD. Products
with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.
Due to fraudulent activity all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security
markings are added to all our devices.
If a claim is made that the item is not as described and this cannot be verified
we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate action to be taken against
your eBay account & the return postage may be deducted from the refund.
If the 30 day returns period has passed from the date of delivery & the fault
cannot be replicated the item may be returned with no refund.

All our devices come with a 30 day return guarantee. This means that if you are
unhappy with your item or it didn't meet your expectations you can send the item
back to us and we will give you a full refund.
Due to an increase in fraudulent activity items must be returned in the original
condition in which they were received with all originally included accessories.
All parts are recorded & security markings added to ensure no fraudulent
activity is carried out on the item. Return postage must also be covered by the
buyer.
If a fraudulent claim is made that the item is faulty and the fault cannot be
replicated on return, we will report the issue to eBay for the appropriate
action to be taken against your eBay account and any return postages or used
consumables may be deducted from your refund.
