Best product i’ve ever used. This face cream has changed my skin completely i’ve used it everyday since i got it. Its cleared my skin up and as i have really dry skin this has moisturised and hydrated my skin i love this and will be repurchasing when i run out. I highly recommend this product 10/10!

Cream was delivered today when I opened it leaked everywhere was complete liquid all over carpet and table ! Not happy at all

“The item was opened and used” I originally had this as my review but after speaking to customer service they explained that it was air bubbles, but for my own reassurance they sent me out another one which was great. The item is nice and makes my skin feel soft.

I have tried the cream now and it's amazing. I love the texture and how it keeps my skin moisturised all day. I had a little issue but it was resolved. Their customer service is brilliant! It was packaged very well too.

Brilliant product and will be buying again and again. The customer service of this company is out of this world. I had some issues and they were resolved straight away. Would highly recommend to anyone specifically anyone with dry skin as on two applications I can tell the difference.

Ordered this cream I was excited to try. It was marked “delivered” but left outside my door on a busy street, no knock, no ring. Nothing. Of course, it was gone. Customer service won’t help since it’s “delivered.” Now I’m paying again. Honestly, TikTok Shop, this isn’t okay. You need to do better.

Received it two days ago try it this morning. My skin usually feels dry but using it this morning my skin feels soft smooth and has a lovely glow.place an order for some more.

Arrived with the tin dented and leaking. Tin is rather thin material. Not yet tried the product. UPDATE: Seller contacted me and kindly sent a replacement. The product itself is devine and I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to family and friends.

Second time purchase as was absolutely in love with the first. However the scent of this batch was completely different to the first. Where the first was unfragranced, this one seemed to have a very strong sickly candle scent. Quite disappointed but product works just as well.

Worst product ever. My skin started to itch after one use and I developed a rash. I stopped using sent item back to seller for a refund. Seller declined to refund. Extremely poor customer service

I am obsessed with this beef tallow balm! I’ve tried countless moisturizers over the years, but nothing has come close to how nourishing and effective this one is. The texture is rich but absorbs beautifully, leaving my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and never greasy.

Love love love this and will purchase again. Smells soo good. There was a little mishap with this product. As much as I love it, it was the old version. I have since received the newest version and WOW I’m in love with this one. It’s so thick and creamy. The scent is beautiful.
