•Use Cold - Put breast pads in the freezer at -18℃/-0.4℉ for more than 4 hours. They can be used as ice packs to relieve swelling, pain and engorgement in the early days of breastfeeding.
•Use Hot - Heat in boiling water (over 80℃/176℉) for 2 mins or in the microwave 70s at 350 watts. They can be used as heating pads to relieve clogged ducts and mastitis, encourage milk let-down during breastfeeding.
