For customization products, the hand-made fee for each product is different, handmade fee is from £35 (3D model design handmade fee from £100), and complex designs are often higher.

Process I do make solid silver&gold (between 9k to 24k yellow gold, rose gold, white gold) customization orders, any design you liked please feel free chat with me. Regarding customization and orders that have been sold out, because it is handmade, I kindly need some time to complete the work, the dispatched time it depends on the design you liked, usually take 2-4weeks, please make sure its fine for you before you pay.

3. About Jewelry Care

If your silver jewelry oxidizes, it's normal. We strongly recommend using toothpaste for cleaning instead of using silver cleaning solutions found online. Toothpaste can effectively restore your silver jewelry to its original silver color. Take care of your jewelry to ensure its lasting beauty. Please note that if you use any chemical solutions such as silver cleaners on your silver jewelry, resulting in contamination, there will be a £10 fee for post-service polishing. For regular post-service polishing of my product, the fee is £5. The buyer is responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs.
