I would say I was surprised

The rolls are great and smell amazing, however the way they were packaged not so great, when you try to remove a pack from the outer packaging it's all been taped in so when you remove a pack the pack itself rips and all the toilet rolls fall out, not great when I wanted to give some to family

Love the product, bought from tiktok muptiple times over a couple of years. My only feedback is I wish whoever wraps the packs didn't seal the plastic wrap to every pack. Unpacking rips every pack.
