The product is a great product but unfortunately it was sent without a battery charger deeming the product useless after using the battery on its first charge. You would think that a charger would be important for future use.

Doesn’t work. Everything tightened up as suggested in comments. Tried all nozzles but no joy. Save cash and buy a brush.
