Definitely breathable. I would recommend going a size up when purchasing. I brought mine based on my measurements and it was too small which I didn’t understand. The fabric is nice and the colour. I would have liked some instruction with it too but I guess answers can be found on the lives they do

Best waist trainer& sharper ever. light weight,very good material came with extra straps & i am uk size 12-14 (L) 5 foot 7 Tall (5.7f ) weight 70kg and i bought a L. The M didn't size me i sent the M back because too small. L is my size
