These are so comfy with the squishy insoles, my feet are on the wider side due to having arthritis but my size normal size fits perfectly. Can't wait for the nicer weather to come cos these won't be off my feet. Definitely recommend purchasing the Hatties!

Great shoes, my only criticism is that the host is quite rude at times. You ask a question, and they brush it off. ( The host in question I think is the owner) a shame as I do buy quite a bit from you. But once you’re rude to me you’ve put me off ordering anything else. So so disappointing.

Not as described they are too tight in the arch area of the foot. Not as wide fitting as the ladies made out. Shame as they are great quality nice looking.
But they were more than happy to take back for refund with no problem.
