Everything is good except the handles you use for the press ups do not fit. When you get one in the hole the other side pops out.

The handles don't slot into the board. The holes on the handle is too close together. Waste of money don't recommend

They are amazing kit for my keep body slim.

Great product targets the muscle groups perfectly. Only thing I would say is I think the handles are to difficult to slot into the holes but maybe over time they loosen up.

This is a fun little gym set that I use next to my office. When I have a quick 5 minutes I hop down and do a few push ups. I did not know that positioning your hand at different angle targets different muscles so with the color coding it really helps and I can feel the difference after a few set.

Love this item it’s helped me with my weight loss journey and I have a really anxiety about going to the gym I can do all my arm exercises at home. Only down side is I struggle to use the skipping rope item but that is my folt for two left feet

for the push-up board, the handle doesn’t fit into the slots so you physically cannot use it. the jumping wrope is the only decent thing here
