Lost or Damaged item.

For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company.

For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent.

Custom and personalised orders

I can personalise any items. Please message me if you would like personalisation. It is with regret that returns or refunds are not possible on personalised orders unless they are defective, faults, marks, holes in fabrics etc. Please double check spellings for personalised orders before placing the order as replacements or refunds will not be given if the personalisation was entered incorrectly.
