•Inspect the bed upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please inform us within 48 hours and sign as “damaged.” We will send a replacement part at no charge.
•If damage is discovered after the driver leaves, please send us clear photos of the damage, and we will happily send out the replacement part.
•Ensure you leave a valid contact number for the courier to reach you on the delivery day, as failure to do so may delay your order.
•It's the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is provided.
