I keep getting a blue pop up error message saying “authorisation failed, software not available for use”, no matter what I do I cant get rid of it. When I try to update the system, it only comes up with local update and not online update. Help from the seller/contact with manufacturer would be good

The projector unable connect to any source like Netflix, youtube etc, airplay disconnects in few seconds, Netflix shown that no longer support this device and not let watch any movies, youtube not log in.

Can only get Amazon Prime to work and not Disney or Netflix. Even though prime works, you cannot see where the cursor is so it is entirely random what you put on. You can use mouse mode but then it won’t scroll down or across? A little noisy but the picture is good.

Its great you have to turn it off after use because it can overheat as normal with projectors sound is not the loudest even on full volume with a sound bar will be complete for family movie nights and reducing of screen time. Love my purchase
