Never actually received my item, ordered it twice and for both told that their shipment was delayed and given an updated shipment date with next day delivery, almost 2 weeks later from the updated date and not received anything

Order was 4 days late then when I received my parcel it was empty with a note saying my order will be shipped out on the 24th so was actually 10 days late. Didn’t get far with messaging customer service. My friend had the same issue and is still waiting for her order 3 weeks later. Very poor service
