About Us The founding shareholders, Peter Kühne and Stephan Schott left their successful positions in sales, became self-employed and laid down the foundations for today's business.As a matter of priority, they concentrated on the best-known product markets for sanitary tools.Due to its positive success in the first week, the company had to hire storage facilities (at the time it was car garages) in order to be able to expand further.The product portfolio, which grew by customer desire, was integrated into the first official catalogue.At the time, it consisted of 30 pages.The product portfolio was expanded with the hand tools product group, which is still very important today.
The long-standing experience of the team in international tool markets and continuous expansion of the product portfolio with interesting and innovative tools, made it possible for KS TOOLS to experience rapid growth. The programme grew quickly and it became necessary to bring a new catalogue to market with the entire programme. The company had successfully been in existence for 10 years amongst international competition. The company logo from the early days was changed to reflect the innovativeness and the intention to change the market, even in Corporate Identity. The oval company logo arose in black, red and white, and has remained unchanged to date.
