Ensure that the battery has power and install it correctly in the flashlight; do not use batteries from different brands or mix old and new batteries
Unscrew the tail, expose the battery negative pole, use a key or tweezers-like metal piece to connect the battery negative pole with the exposed non-oxidized part of the flashlight body next to the battery.See if it lights up.If it does, then it's an issue with the flashlight switch. Please follow step 3 to check, if it still doesn't light up, check if there are any loose or faulty solder connections between the circuit compartment and circuit board. If there are, re-solder them to resolve the problem
3.Check the tail cap switch:
Unscrew the flashlight tail, you can see that there is a switch copper cap outer ring with two concave points switch pressure ring.Use scissors or rigid tweezers to insert into the two concave points and rotate clockwise to check if the switch pressure ring is loose, ensuring it's tightly pressed against the switch without any looseness
4.Check if there is poor contact:
When the flashlight doesn't light up or has poor contact, check if the lamp head is loose. Make sure the switch is tightened and in good contact, and ensure that the copper pillar of the tail cap and the metal ring of the tail cap are well connected
