I love spiky textured things and find this great for helping me and apparently my little one loves it too so I may have to get another now 😂.
Great material, really nice to put into your hand and roll it on your leg or something. Quite stretchy too and worth the price.

I can only tolerate this on my wrists so long! But it does what I intended it to do which was to give me a safe pain stim! I like to use these if I’m out and about in shops or school run or while I’m driving. It helps me not be distracted, feel present and not dissociate.
