Could have packaged a bit better instead of just putting it in a plastic bag, was very lucky to have no damage but can definitely see other peoples orders getting damaged easily.

Product came in a loose unprotected generic TikTok Shop bag, corners bashed and damaged. Wasn’t worth keeping sealed so I opened the box and found two packs already opened. Suspicious, won’t order again.

Terrible customer service. Terrible Packaging. I requested to cancel a day because I didn't use the voucher to bring it down to normal price (over a day before it was sent). I then re-order with the voucher. They ignore my cancellation request, refuse a refund and the packaging was non existent.

Unfortunately only could give a 3 star on this item as the packaging use for this order was a bag and no other protection I was wanting to keep this item sealed but as the etb box came dented that was not going to happen. All the other items I have ordered from them in the passed where boxed
