Some not fully frozen, some completely defrosted, some frozen.dont know if safe to refreeze all. No help from customer service. Not secure in box just bunged un a large one lose. Will use another supplier if need again.

Awful. Just bunged into a box. Not wrapped or secured. Half fully frozen, some completely defrosted, some half frozen, half defrosted. No way of me contacting seller. TT customer service said they will, but I wanted to know if safe to refreeze defrosted, TT just told me to put in freezer for now
