Will never stick to my skin! No matter how well I follow the instructions, the adhesive pads will not stick to skin therefore making the product unusable. Would not recommend, especially if you have naturally oily skin.

It’s a little bit uncomfortable to sleep with and for some reason the left magnetic always comes away from my nose. It definitely opens the air way though. Not sure how it would fair if you were trying to exercise with it on.

These really help me with my nose breathing. Don’t listen to the other reviews, just make sure to clean and dry your nose with face wash and it sticks perfect and I haven’t had an issue. I definitely recommend checking it out.
