Puffer Itch Roller (+smooth roller ball)

I have suffering with itching skin for 12 years with my liver disease and tired everything to relieve the itching nothing has work. I'm so thankful for this product it's cooling on the skin and just helps massage that itch away thank life saver no more cuts on my legs and arms

Used for holding my rollerball… good for my neck or arms and keeping my ball clean but when I have some serious scratching I take my ball out of the case and go crazy 😝

This product is ok.. not the best but not the worst. I would say it’s not worth the £ your spending on it and there is cheaper on the market-Cosi care claim to be the safest on the market however i do question this as there are other rollers which are safe. This doesn’t help my psoriasis☹️

The cooling is lovely even when it hasn't been stored in a fridge. It's portable and aso doubles as part of a facial skincare regime too as I bought this to go with the bumpy ball for hand dermatitis. Its been amazing and my hands are no longer painful from damaged skin ⭐

Absolutely amazing they recommend it stays in the fridge but even if I have it sitting on my nightstand over night it is sooo cold in the morning it’s amazing would recommend to anyone the price is 100% worth it I haven’t scratched in ages

Giving 1 star because I am not allowed to give less then that, Completely waste of money, not worth with that money, should be 5 quid or less, completely miss guide video, it doesn't work as it described in video, ignore it

Such a handy pocket sized product. It really works on my itchy fingers when I just want to tear my skin apart. Instead I use this and it doesn't cut or leave a single mark.

Feel like I’ve been misled. The tik tok shows the roller without the smooth roller ball, which is what I received. Then we have to pay a further £25 for the ball with the rough surface. Bit of a rip off.

Brought for my Daughter. She is Autistic and one of her stims is to scratch her arms until they are sore. So far this is working and hopefully will help getting her wounds to heal. We also got the nubby ball so she can use both.

Amazing product, I bought the bumpy ball too and it's well worth the investment. Just make sure you twist the white attachment to the top to ensure the ball doesn't fall out, you can then untwist when you want to remove! 😊

Really disappointing product. No where near worth the cost . There are other cheaper options on the market which work better than this . It warms up after a few minutes of use. The ball had dark rust like patches on it from new which will not wash away. I do not believe it’s medical grade.

Keeps falling out of its case, I thought you would have to undo the white part to take the ball out but nope the ball just falls out i’ve tried everything and it won’t stay🤷‍♀️
