This Reptile Systems 500w Thermostat is a reliable on/off thermostat specially designed to be used alongside Reptile Systems' Heat Mats, Heat Cables, and Ceramic Heat Emitters. It's a simple-to-use unit that's suitable for both reptile and aquarium applications, when paired with Reptile Systems Heat Cables.

Its compatibility with heaters up to 500w make this a great thermostat for large set-ups. It's recommended, however, that you don't use this thermostat with basking lamps or heat lights. As an on/off thermostat, it's best used with the equipment mentioned above.
