The Moka Espresso Percolator is a traditional Italian coffee maker that produces rich, authentic coffee in just minutes. It is easy to use and comes with a safety valve to prevent overflow. The coffee maker is available in three parts: the bottom chamber, the middle perforated coffee basket/funnel, and the top chamber. The lower part of the coffee maker should be filled with water, avoiding that water surpasses the safety valve. The ground coffee should be placed inside the funnel with slight pressure, avoiding malt or coffees with other substances that may obturate the filter orifices.

To ensure that the coffee maker is clean and free from any left coffee particles, the screw circle, the rubber ring, and the funnel sides should be cleaned. The upper body and the tube for which the coffee infusion goes up must be periodically cleaned. For this purpose, take off the rubber ring and the filter. Never use any soap or detergent.
