Answer 1: When you receive it, please tear off the blue film on the surface, place it on a flat place, and then put a weight of more than 50g on the electronic scale. If you remove it again, it will reset to 0g. If it is still not accurate when laid flat, please see question 3.

Question 2: Why does the displayed display keep jumping?

Answer 2: Because the product is a very sensitive electronic scale, it needs to be placed on it steadily. The correct reading will be displayed after a period of time when it is stable.

Question 3: Why is the number of grams always inaccurate?

Answer 3: This is because the tare function is turned on, and a certain weight will be automatically deducted from the items you put on it. Please click the button on the right to turn off the tare function when laying it flat.
