The family recipe dates back to 1894 when Edward Joseph started making toffee for his local customers at his tobacconist shop in King Street, Fenton in the heart of the Potteries in Stoke on Trent. Fast forward 126 years and today sees a truly independent family company making many different varieties of quality toffee which are sold and enjoyed worldwide.
