Warranty and Return Policy
This scooter comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty for the body and frame, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. To validate your warranty claim, please retain the receipt of purchase. Returned products must be in good physical condition, as broken or physically damaged parts are not covered under warranty. All original accessories and packaging must be included with the return; failure to do so may result in the seller refusing the return.
Warranty Coverage After 30 Days
After 30 days from purchase, faulty parts (excluding the controller and battery) will be replaced free of charge. However, the buyer is responsible for the delivery fee in most cases. All claims will be directed to the manufacturer on the buyer's behalf, as the seller will no longer be liable. The warranty covers mechanical malfunctions of parts, provided there is no damage or misuse. Any damage caused by the user is not covered.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, you can return it within 3 days for repair, replacement, or refund. Please send the item back to the designated maintenance point. The scooter will be assessed, and appropriate action will be taken. Faulty items are rare, but if you encounter an issue, we will assist you in resolving it.
Faults After 30 Days
For issues that arise after 30 days, please contact us with details of the issue along with images or a short video that demonstrates the problem. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and put you in touch with them. The manufacturer’s warranty lasts for 12 months.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If you choose to return your item, it is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned in a secure and safe manner. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused during shipping. All items must be returned in "as new" condition, including all components and the original packaging. Returns without the original packaging may result in damage during transit, and the purchaser accepts liability for any loss of value or damage incurred.
