Damages/Returns：

If your item arrives with clear signs of damage please refuse the delivery and notify us or accept it and sign it as damaged. All of our items are securely packaged up so the likelihood of damage is highly unlikely, however in the event of damage you must notify us within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence to verify claims of damage. We may offer to replace the product or products on a like-for-like basis or offer a refund. We accept returns within 14 days but please note items that have been opened will have to be repackaged at the buyer's expense and packaged in the same size packaging they were sent in, failure to do this may incur a collection charge of £40
