In 1914, Sevilla Balompié and Betis merged to form Real Betis Balompié, earning the "REAL" title from King Alfonso XIII. The club's first three matches were played at the Tablada Racecourse in a yellow and black striped kit. Now, 110 years later, Real Betis Balompié is reviving these iconic colours, choosing a vibrant fluorescent yellow and black, just as it did in 2014. The 2024/25 season shirt also features the original 1914 crest instead of the current emblem, adding a touch of authenticity and nostalgia.
